How to find your Roku model number
Knowing your exact model helps you check which features it supports — like Bluetooth headphones or AirPlay — and get the right help.
From the menu
- Press Home on the remote.
- Go to Settings › System › About.
- Read the model name and number, along with your Roku OS version.
From the device label
You can also find the model number printed on a label on the back or bottom of the Roku TV or on the underside of a streaming player, usually next to the serial number.
