How to find your Roku's IP address
You rarely need your Roku's IP address for everyday use — Roly finds the device for you automatically — but it's handy for advanced network setups or manual troubleshooting. Here are two ways to get it.
From the Roku itself
- On the Roku, go to Settings › Network › About.
- Read the IP Address field (it usually looks like 192.168.x.x).
From your router or the app
You can also open your router's admin page and look for the Roku in the list of connected devices. If Roly is already connected, the device details also confirm you're pointed at the right Roku on your network.
FAQ
- Do I need the IP address to use Roly?
- No. Roly discovers your Roku automatically over Wi-Fi. The IP address is only useful for advanced or manual network troubleshooting.
